KOPI TUBRUK!!
Sedikit melihat sejarah tradisi minum kopi awalnya banget berasal dari orang muslim dari tarekat sufi (Syadzilliyah sufi path) lalu berkembang ke eropa dan seluruh dunia..bukan mau romantisme islam…antara lain dikota besar warung kopi seperti starbuck/koffie-bean/aroma/bakul-koffie dan non muslim lainnya yang nota bene mereka one step closer to become a Muslim…but they are too busy with the coffee hehehe
one day, one of my friend from german..he is british-muslim, visited bandung and we went to a famous coffee producer near jalan ABC, its belong to a native bandung-chinese (he is a good and sincere man, his name is pak widya)…my friend amaze with how pak widya make a good high qualities coffee with that kind of tradition.
pak widya told the british muslim…’to get perfect good taste of coffee you have to select the best and perfect bean, although the taste is not gonna be there!…and is not good for your health, and pak widya told that we have to be honest when we do this…the muslim german agreed and smile..and he said to pak widya….’pak widya…you know what? the true muslim is like that, like the processing to make and high quality coffee..purity ,quality and honesty have to be there…because you cant fake it…we as muslim want something pure and clean like the coffee you’ve made…you are one more step from the door of Islam!….pak widya just numb..and smile.
